Redstone in Greensburg, PA is currently seeking LPNs for Full Time Day, Evening and Weekend positions.

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?

As an LPN, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to residents on the assigned unit
• Maintain a safe abuse free environment for all residents living in the facility
• Provide direction related to direct resident care to nursing assistants
• Immediately reports substandard care or other performance issues to the supervisor
• Communicates with staff, ancillary departments, and family members to discuss issues related to the resident's condition or care
• Maintains accurate documentation regarding resident conditions, medications, treatments, and other mandated records

What do I need for this role with Redstone?

• Current and valid LPN license in PA
• 6 or more months of geriatric care experience (preferred)
