5 Star Staffing is the preferred provider for Redstone Communities. We are currently seeking LPN's (Licensed Practical Nurses) for Per Diem (PRN) positions in Uniontown, PA.

What will I do?

As an LPN working through 5 Star Staffing you will be supporting the Redstone mission with the following responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to residents on the assigned unit
• Maintain a safe abuse free environment for all residents living in the facility
• Provide direction related to direct resident care to nursing assistants
• Immediately reports substandard care or other performance issues to the supervisor
• Communicates with staff, ancillary departments, and family members to discuss issues related to the resident's condition or care
• Maintains accurate documentation regarding resident conditions, medications, treatments, and other mandated record.

What do I need for this role?
